A mint and unissued example of a mint and unissued silver grade “Panzerkampfabzeichen” in its original card-stock box of issue; oval shaped silvered zink; the obverse with a border of oak leaves with a tie at the base and a Panzerkampfwagen IV superimposed in the centre on grassy ground, with the left tank track extending over the edge of the badge; the reverse plain with a vertical needle style pin, a crimped hinge, and a crimped round wire catch; measuring 41.61 mm (w) x 60.09 mm (h); weighing 29.6 grams; within its original box of issue; constructed of cardstock that is stapled together; with its paper wrappings intact; measuring 53 mm (w) x 78 mm (h); in absolutely unparalleled condition.
