What's a max bid?

A second war German miniature “Panzerkampfabzeichen” stick pin; oval shaped silvered tombac; the obverse with a border of oak leaves with a tie at the base and a Panzerkampfwagen IV superimposed in the centre on grassy ground, with the left tank track extending over the edge of the badge; the reverse plain with a vertical 45 mm long knurled needle; measuring 16 mm x 11 mm; with approximately 40% of the original silvering remaining.Accompanied by a wax-paper pouch; measuring 160 mm x 113 mm.
