What's a max bid?

Constructed of blackened magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a bow tie ribbon, with a central Stahlhelm overlaid by a mobile swastika, on top of crossed swords on a pebbled field, the reverse with a vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 37.10 mm (w) x 44.88 mm (h), weighing 10.6 grams, accompanied by its award document, constructed of off-white paper stock with black ink, named to “GEFREITEN HELMUT NEUBER”, 139th (Reinforced) Gebirgsjäger Regiment, nominated on 6 August 1943 for a single wound, awarded on 13 August 1943, measuring 140 mm (w) x 200 mm (h), some oxidation is evident to the badge and a central folding crease is visible to the document, in overall near extremely fine condition.
