Belgium; Badge in bronze grade, 42mm, in die struck bronze, with motto "Who would live, must fight", in near mint condition, rare.
Footnote: This badge comes in three classes, gold, silver and bronze. The badge was worn by the Flemish Volunteers who were members of the V.N.V. (Vlaamsch National Verbond, or Flamish National Union); this pro-German organization in Belgium (also known as "Black Brigades", because of colors of their uniforms), was based on similar principles and goals established by Nazi regime in Germany, and had similar organizations, but in much smaller numbers.
