What's a max bid?

In bronze gilt with black enamels; original ribbon with horizontal pin bar; unmarked; measuring 41 mm x 41 mm; near mint condition. Original case of issue; red leatherette exterior; lid embossed with a “40” inside an open-ended wreath of oak leaves; button closure stiff; scuffed exterior with some seperation of leather, otherwise case in very fine condition.
