An rare example of a 1933/34 Gau or District Level Municipal Representative Silver Honourary Award; in silver; consisting of a large oak wreath consisting of 42 leaves, with a ribbon on the top and bottom of the wreath, with a central political-style National eagle with a wreathed mobile swastika in its talons; with two rings on the top of the award for suspension - one attached to the award, the other welded on for neck suspension from its silver multi-link chain; the award measuring 47.00 mm in diameter and weighing 55.8 grams. The chain measuring 55 cm, marked “835” for silver content and maker marked “FC”; in overall extremely fine condition.
