Constructed of silver - marked “990” and “silber” on the edge of the medal; the obverse depicting a scenic parade consisting of HJ boys carrying flags in the foreground and soldiers marching in the background; the reverse inscribed “Deutscher Reichsbund für Leibesübungen - Fachamt Leichtathletik Deutsche Meisterschaften 1936 - 11. U. 12. July, Berlin - Dem Sieger im Dreisprung mit Anlauf” in capital lettering; measuring 74.88 mm in diameter; in overall better than very fine condition.
