What's a max bid?

Germany, NSDAP. A 1933 East Hannover Gau Honour Badge for Participants

(Gau Osthannover Ehrenzeichen). Constructed of coppered and blackened bronze, horizontal pinback, obverse presents with a central raised swastika surrounded by the inscriptions “GAUTAG OSTHANNOVER” (“Gau Day East Hannover”) and “IM JARHE DER NATIONALSOZIAL. EHRBUNG” (“In the Year of the National Socialist Rising”) while the top displays a Hanoverian Horse and the date “1933”, unmarked, measuring 53.5 mm (h) x 42 mm (w), in extremely fine condition.
