What's a max bid?

(NSKK Teilnehmerplakette). Constructed of aluminum, the obverse with a leftward-facing profile of a NSKK member, circumscribed by an inscription of “17. ZUVERLÄSSIGKEITSFAHRT RUND UM WIEN 1939”, the reverse with a central NSKK-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, circumscribed by an inscription of “MOTOR GRUPPE OSTMARK, N.S.K.K. STANDARTE ‘M94’”, unmarked, measuring 60 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
