(Dienstauszeichnung für Treue Dienste in der Polizei). Constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback and Ordnungspolizei (Order Police) insignia, presenting as a Cross Pattée with bordered arms, obverse with central Ordnungspolizei-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, on top of an oval oak leaf wreath, reverse with inscription of “FÜR TREUE DIENSTE IN DER POLIZEI” (“FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE IN THE POLICE”), unmarked, measuring 43 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), accompanied by its original case of issue, constructed of card stock with a faux green leather exterior, obverse lid with gold embossed “25” inside of oak leaf branches, interior with white satin-type lid liner, intact hinge cover, slotted and depressed grey felt medal bed, with functional magnetic metal spring catch and exterior stud release, functional magnetic metal hinge, unmarked, measuring 50 mm (w) x 101 mm (l) x 17 mm (h), in near mint condition.
