(Polizei-Dienstauszeichnung für 8 Dienstjahre). A medal constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse depicts a standard Polizei-style eagle motif, the reverse inscribed with the number “8” and circumscribed with “Für treue Dienste in der Polizei,” measures 37.09 mm in diameter, on suspension loop from period original blue ribbon, and in fine condition.
