What's a max bid?

Constructed of bronze, on loop for suspension, obverse with RAD logo of a mobile swastika between wheat stalks, reverse with inscription “Für treue Dienste im Reichsarbeitsdienst” (“For Faithful Service in the Reich Labour Service”), unmarked, measuring 13 mm (w) x 19 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
