What's a max bid?

(Reichsnährstand Dienstauszeichnung für 25 Jahre). Constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse bearing a central raised Reichsnährstand insignia consisting of a German national eagle perched on a pedestal, the latter bearing an inscription of “BLUT UND BODEN” (“BLOOD AND SOIL”), above a mobile swastika overlaid by a wheat stalk and sword, circumscribed by an inscription of “REICHSNÄHRSTAND LANDESBAUERNSCHAFT KURHESSEN”, the reverse bearing a central raised number “25” within an oak leaf wreath, with a horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 34 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
