(Schicksalswende Medaille). A round gilt bronze medal, the obverse with an eagle breaking the chains around its legs, with a sunwheel swastika on its chest, circumscribed with “im Jahre Deutscher Schicksalswende 1933” (“In the year of the twist of fate 1933”), the reverse with a leftward facing bust of A.H., circumscribed by “Unser die Zukunft” (“Ours the future”), inscribed “Bayer. Hauptmnünztamt” on the edge of the medal, measures 36.19 mm in diameter, weighing 21.5 grams, and in overall very fine condition.
