What's a max bid?

(Tagesabzeichen). A grouping of six German day badges.

1) A 1942 Polizei membership pin, constructed of silvered feinzink, Polizei-style eagle and wreath, the reverse presents a horizontal pin, maker mark “17” for Schwerin & Sohn of Berlin, measures 30 mm (w) x 25 mm (h), and in fine condition.

2) A 1939 badge for the 6th Convocation of the School for Economic Policy in Munich, constructed of zink in the shape of an oval, the obverse shows the German national eagle clutching a wreathed static swastika, the reverse presents a horizontal pin, unmarked, measures 33 mm (w) x 41 mm (h), and in good condition.

3) A 1934 Reichsparteitag badge, constructed of magnetic metal, the obverse displays a male figure holding a sword and shield bearing a swastika and oak leaves, the reverse shows a horizontal pin, maker mark “C. BALMBERGER NÜRNBERG,” measures 37 mm in diameter and in fine condition.

4) A RLB Luftschutz emergency badge, constructed in silvered magnetic metal, the reverse shows a horizontal pin, measures 24 mm (w) x 34 mm (h), and in fine condition.

5) A 1934 National Day of Labour Badge, constructed of die-stamped bronze in a circular shape, obverse presents various symbols such as the hammer, sickle, and national eagle, maker mark on obverse under eagle wing, missing horizontal pin, measures 35 mm in diameter, and in fine condition.

6) An oval tinnie featuring a man in profile, horizontal pin, maker mark “RIDIA RIED INNKREI,” measures 31 mm (w) x 42 mm (h), and in fine condition.
