What's a max bid?

A gilded zink badge, the obverse centre featuring the NSRL/DRL organizational eagle superimposed over a set of weights, encircled by an oval oakleaf wreath with a bow and shield at the bottom depicting wrestling, the reverse presents a horizontal pin, maker marked E. SCHMIDHÄUSSLER PFORZHEIM, measuring 41.59 mm (w) x 38.08 mm (h), and in very fine condition.
