A collection of four event and day badges, including a 1938 Breslau German Gym and Sports Celebration badge, constructed of aluminum, reverse presents a horizontal pinback, maker marked ROB. NEFF., BERLIN W.35, measuring 41.21 mm (w) x 41.44 mm (h), and in near very fine condition. A 1939 Großdeutscher Reichskriegertag Kassel badge, constructed of circular plastic in a matte-grey finish, the obverse presents a design of the heads of two German soldiers, with visor caps, surrounded by a border inscription GROSSDEUTSCHER REICHSKRIEGERTAG KASSEL 1939, the reverse presents a horizontal retaining pin, maker marked E.FERD.WIEDMANN, FRANKFURT M.S.10, measuring 35.19 mm in diameter, and in very fine condition. A 1934 The Saar is German badge constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, in the shape of an octagon, the obverse presents an early closed winged eagle clutching a wreathed swastika, above two shaking hands (one has a chained wrist), and a podium that reads 1934 DES DEUTSCHEN EHRE IST DIE TREUE, the tops and sides read DEUTSCH 1ST DIE SAAR, the reverse shows a hollow back and horizontal pin, measuring 38.21 mm (w) x 38.84 mm (h), presenting a repair to the retaining pin, and in near very fine condition. A 1933 Saaz (Žatec) Gymnastics Festival badge, constructed of silvered aluminum, presenting a horizontal pinback, measuring 43.02 mm in diameter, and in near very fine condition.
