What's a max bid?

Lauer Nürnberg” and “Gesetzlich Geschützt” on the reverse; measuring 52.03 mm x 42.02 mm; weighing 15.9 grams; the stick pin with a 18.21 mm x 14.56 mm, with a 54 mm knurled pin; maker marked “L. Chr. Lauer Nürnberg-Berlin” and “Ges. Gesch.” on the reverse. In their original case of issue; constructed of cardstock with a green exterior; measuring 103 mm x 57 mm; mint condition.
