What's a max bid?

Constructed of fire gilded tombak, on loop for suspension from its period original bowtie-style ribbon with horizontal pinback, obverse with RAD logo of a mobile swastika between wheat stalks, reverse with inscription “Für treue Dienste im Reichsarbeitsdienst” (“For Faithful Service in the Reich Labour Service”), measuring 33 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
