What's a max bid?

A pair of Reich Labour Service of Female Youth (RADwJ) badge, including a Stabsoberführerin rank badge, constructed of bronze magnetic metal, horizontal pinback, the obverse consisting of a central pebbled disc overlaid by a mobile swastika within wheat stalks, unmarked, measuring 45 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition, and; a Silver Service Award, constructed of silvered bronze, horizontal pinback, the obverse bearing a central mobile swastika within wheat stalks, circumscribed by a stylized inscription, the reverse bearing an issue number of “64495”, otherwise unmarked, measuring 45 mm in diameter, with oxidation and loss of finish evident, in overall very fine condition.
