(Preisschiessen Abzeichen). Constructed of gilded bronze, the obverse with a raised depiction of a Heer (Army) soldier manning a Pak gun, the reverse with an inscription of “PREISSCHIESSEN 1933 1. PREUS 1. REIT-RET. 4. ESK.”, the obverse with a maker’s mark of “L. Christian Lauer, Nürnberg” and a designer’s mark of “E.F.”, measuring 50.37 mm in diameter, weighing 51.4 grams, in extremely fine condition.
