What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

A 1933 Dietrich Eckart Deutschland Erwache badge; in gilded tombac; horizontal pinback; with the obverse depicting a rightward facing portrait by R. Schwegerle; maker marked “Deschler & Sohn, München” and marked “Neumarkt - birthplace of Dietrich Eckart) on the reverse; measuring 37 mm in diameter; very fine condition.

 

Footnote: Dietrich Eckart (March 23, 1868 - December 26, 1923) was one of the founding members of the Deutsche Arbeiterpartei/German Worker’s Party), which later evolved into the NSDAP. As a journalist, playwright, and poet, he was a politician as a key influence on Adolf Hitler in the early years of the NSDAP. He participated in the Beer Hall Putsch in 1923, and died shortly after it.
