What's a max bid?

A lot of four commemorative badges, including a 1933 Köln Day of German Girls badge, constructed of silvered bronze, horizontal pinback, the reverse maker marked “PAULMANN & CRONE, LÜDENSCHEID”, measuring 42 mm (w) x 18 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition; a 1934 Saar referendum propaganda badge, constructed of silvered bronze, horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 26 mm (w) x 38 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition; a 1936 Sturmabteilung (SA) Lower Saxony combat games badge, constructed of magnetic metal, vertical pinback, unmarked, measuring 30 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition, and; a National Socialist People’s Welfare (NSV) badge, constructed of bronze with embroidery, vertical pinback, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 52 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
