What's a max bid?

An Early Police Bayonet by Carl Julius Krebs - An early and short police bayonet with a blade measuring 24.5cm from the thick leather washer to tip. The blade stands in extremely fine condition with a strong Carl Julius Krebs makers mark. With aluminum fittings that show only some wear. A zinc police insignia is held on thick stag grips that are free of cracking and are only slightly loose after 70 years. The scabbard is the early steel version, showing contact and wear from use. Overall, better than very fine.
