What's a max bid?

A Heer officer’s dress dagger hanger, constructed of two field-grey doeskin wool bands, the obverse of each bearing a silvered aluminum wire tresse, each looped at one end through a silvered zink loop, with the other end completing in a pebbled, silvered, functional spring clip, both bearing adjustable buckles presenting at silvered zink oak leaf wreath, unmarked, measuring 270 mm in length as presented, in near extremely fine condition.
