What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

A German Fallschirmjäger Miniature Bayonet - Letter opener measures 230 mm in length with the scabbard on, featuring a 121 mm nickel-plated steel blade, magnetic, fullers on both sides, with unsharpened edges and a semi-sharp tip, the blade exhibiting surface wear at the end where it butts the handle. Crossguard with quillon, embedded bone plates held firmly in place via two steel rivets, the pommel with an Army Paratrooper Badge engraved on one side, exhibiting surface wear, the letter opener measuring 195 mm. The black painted steel scabbard with a minor dent in the ball finial, light contact overall. Very fine.
