What's a max bid?

A decorative pocket knife, featuring dual foldable magnetic blades, one measuring 55 mm in length and the other 40 mm in length, featuring a mother of pearl handle, the obverse bearing a silvered depiction of motorcycles and bicycles with riders, the reverse with a black mobile swastika inside of a red enameled ring, the blades marked “INOX” indicating stainless steel, otherwise unmarked, measuring 16 mm (w) x 80 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition.
