What's a max bid?

Two rows of silvered aluminum wire flanked by a row of steel blue embroidered cord on either side, in an interlocking weaved pattern in the centre, surrounded by a two rows of steel blue embroidered cord, in a chevron formation, the latter two rows turning inward towards the weaved area at the shoulder end, two silvered zinc pips on each, button hole for uniform attachment, the edges in pink wool and the underside in green wool, 40 mm x 120 mm each, the two boards bound together with a fine white and green twine, mint.
