What's a max bid?

A set of mint, new-old stock, and matching DLV (Deutscher Luftsportverband/German Air Sports Association) Sturmführer rank collar tabs; consisting of a left and right collar tab; both constructed of light blue wool; one with a silvered aluminum DLV insignia, the other with three silvered aluminum rank pips - all with both prongs fully intact; both with twisted aluminum bullion wire on all four sides; standard buckram core; measuring 60 mm x 43 mm; mint condition.
