A fine example of a Panzer General’s breast eagle; constructed of fine quality twisted and rolled golden bullion wires to form the head, body, and wings of the eagle, as well as the mobile wreathed swastika; with golden celluloid accents on the wings and wreath to give definition; on a black panzer wool backer; with a white cotton backer on the reverse; measuring 92 mm x 45 mm; a gently worn uniform removed example; in overall very fine condition.
