What's a max bid?

Constructed of white wool; rolled silver bullion insignia on a white wool backer, illustrating three bullion seagulls above crossed bullion branches, with raised flat wire accents representing the veins of the wreath; all four sides trimmed with twisted silver bullion cord; standard buckram core; measuring 56 mm x 45 mm; worn, but excellently preserved; extremely fine condition.
