What's a max bid?

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

This is a rare Army Forestry Service Official’s collar tab with extremely luscious emerald-green velvet; with fine hand-webbed aluminum embroidery displaying two identical oak leaf stems on the bottom, with two oak leafs in the centre of the collar tabs; surrounded on four sides with braided silver-grey borders; buckram backing; light wear of the velvet on the bottom right from use, otherwise better than extremely fine condition.
