What's a max bid?

Constructed of silvered aluminum bullion hand embroidered rolled, flat, and twisted wires; on a green wool backer; cotton and paper backer on the reverse; measuring 100 mm x 42 mm; a worn example, with some of the embroidery coming loose, and with the wreathed swastika slightly disconnected from the eagle; in overall better than fine condition.
