What's a max bid?

The set consisting of a Wehrmacht Eagle and the Oak Wreath; the eagle in silvered aluminum; both prongs intact on the reverse (magnetic); unmarked; measuring 65.97 mm x 24.78 mm; the oak wreath in silvered aluminum; with both prongs intact on the reverse; tri-colour cockade with consisting of a black zig-zag backplate, a silver frontal plate, with a red paper dot in the center; measuring 68.71 mm x 43.15 mm; nonmatching set; overall better than very fine condition.
