This is an absolutely mint and unissued set of second war German Generalmajor shoulder boards; constructed of a row of interwoven strands of Russian braiding in silver bullion wire, flanked by double rows of gold-coloured celluloid interwoven strands on either side; in an interlocking weave pattern; the neck end of each board with a loop for placement upon a uniform button; all sewn onto a red fabric underside; measuring 115 mm x 38 mm; a matching unused set; in absolutely mint condition.
