What's a max bid?

A Wehrmacht Army Latvian Volunteer Sleeve Badge - Black, yellow and white embroidery on maroon felt, 55 mm x 67 mm, discolouration evident in the white embroidery as the maroon dye has bled into it, soiling evident on the reverse, better than very fine. Footnote: The colours of the badge was taken from the ancient thirteenth century flag of the Letts and was worn on the upper right arm by Latvian volunteers on their German uniforms.
