Germany. A Mint Second War Period DRK (German Red Cross) Sleeve Patch
A mint and unissued example of a DRK (German Red Cross/Deutsches Rotes Kreuz) sleeve patch; constructed of red, white, and black machine embroidery in the form of a stanard DRK eagle with a mobile swastika on its chest clutching a red cross in its talons within a bed of white machine embroidery and surrounded by a black oval ring; on a white rayon backer; maker marked “Rekabe W. Barmen” on the obverse; measuring 98 mm (w) x 118 mm (h); in overall mint condition.
