What's a max bid?

The buttons fastened to a salesman's board via a string that is webbed through the button holes on the reverse; the buttons depicting the Prussian Coat of Arms that was used between 1933 and 1935, consisting of an eagle wielding a sword in its right talons, and a bundle of lightning bolts in its left talons; constructed of dark green bakelite; in absolutely mint and unissued condition.
