What's a max bid?

A Mint and Unissued Wehrmacht Heer (Army) field cap eagle, constructed of very fine BeVo style machine embroidery consisting of grey threading, with a tri-colour cockade (black, white, and red), with an olive-green embroidered background, all on a matching rayon backer, measuring 75 mm (w) x 53 mm (h), in mint and unissued condition.
