What's a max bid?

An absolutely mint example of a second war Wehrmacht Heer (Army) visor cap wreath; constructed of rolled, flat, and twisted silver aluminum bullion embroidery in the shape of two leafy stems of oak leaves tied together with a ribbon on the bottom, and a metal tri-colour cockade; mounted on a padded and vaulted dark green wool core, with both prongs visible on the reverse; white rayon and black paper backing; measuring 68 mm (w) x 44 mm (h); in absolutely mint and unissed condition.
