What's a max bid?

Constructed of field gray wool and edged by bright red (rot) Waffenfarbe piping to denote Flak/Anti-Aircraft troops branch of the Wehrmacht; with a tongue attached to the reverse of the straps; with reinforced button holes for uniform attachment; measuring approximately 216 mm (w) x 43 mm (h) unfolded; one slightly longer than the other, but otherwise matching; in mint and unissued condition.
