What's a max bid?

Constructed of field gray wool and edged by grass green Waffenfarbe piping to denote Panzer Grenadier branch of the Wehrmacht; with a tongue attached to the reverse of these straps; with reinforced button holes for uniform attachment; measuring approximately 213 mm (w) x 45 mm (h) unfolded; one slightly longer than the other, but otherwise matching; in mint and unissued condition.
