What's a max bid?

Constructed of silvered bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a hollow red enameled ring, overlaid by a winged propeller bearing a central black enameled mobile swastika, the reverse with both attachment prongs intact, maker marked “WILHELM DEUMER, LÜDENSCHEID”, measuring 70 mm (w) x 32 mm (h), some chipping of the enamels and tarnishing of the bronze elements evident, in overall very fine condition.
