What's a max bid?

A set of Feuerschutzpolizei Oberst shoulder boards, each constructed of cardboard-reinforced rose-pink wool, bearing four bands of interwoven silver aluminum wire piping, and pinned with two silvered zink rank pips, both unmarked and measuring 30 mm (w) x 105 mm (l), with some material fatigue evident, in overall better than very fine condition.
