What's a max bid?

(Heer Brustadler). Constructed of field-grey cotton twill, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered silver aluminum wire Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 110 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
