What's a max bid?

(Heer Mützenabzeichen). Constructed of padded forest-green wool, the obverse bearing a hand-embroidered silver aluminum wire oak leaf wreath around a tri-colour cockade, the reverse retaining an original black rayon liner, unmarked, measuring 70 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
