A lot of uniform insignia, including a Heer Officer’s breast eagle, constructed of dark green wool, the obverse bearing a hand-embroidered silver aluminum wire Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 100 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), with some material fatigue evident, in very fine condition; a Heer Gebirgsjäger NCO’s insignia, constructed of dark green wool, the obverse bearing a bullion wire and machine-embroidered edelweiss within a knotted border, unmarked, measuring 54 mm (w) x 66 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition, and; a Heer EM/NCO’s M43 cap insignia, constructed of dark grey cotton, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered silver-grey Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, above a tricolour cockade, unmarked, measuring 65 mm (w) x 45 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
