What's a max bid?

A set of Heer Flak/Artillery officer candidate shoulder straps, each constructed of dark green wool, trimmed with red piping, and bearing a silver aluminum wire tresse bisected by a machine-embroidered dark green band, the reverse of each with an integrated dark green wool strap, both unmarked and measuring 40 mm (w) x 105 mm (l), with minor material fatigue evident, in overall better than very fine condition; accompanied by a photo of the owner wearing the straps while observing a winter scene, the reverse bearing a handwritten inscription, undated, measuring 100 mm (w) x 68 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
