What's a max bid?

A matching set of Heer Panzerjäger Oberleutnant shoulder boards, each constructed of rose-pink wool with card stock cores, bearing four bands of silvered aluminum wire piping, and pinned with a single gilded rank pip, numerals “13”, and Panzerjäger cyphers, both unmarked and measuring 30 mm (w) x 105 mm (l), with extensive material fatigue evident which include wear and oxidation of the wire and gilt features, as well as deterioration and mothing of the wool underlay, a matched and field-used set in poor condition.
