Constructed of dark blue wool, the obverse bearing a golden-yellow machine-embroidered insignia, the reverse with a paper backer and an intact Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) label bearing a primary code of “A4/44” and a secondary code of “044034”, measuring 40 mm (w) x 57 mm (h), in unissued and extremely fine condition.
